Alumni club Alma Mater invites you to the following workshop: Interdisciplinary approach to active and quality aging

Alumni Club Alma Mater is organising a lecture on Interdisciplinary approach to active and quality aging that will take place on Thursday, 7.6.2018, at 17:00. We are inviting all students, former students, teachers and friends of Alma Mater to join us.

Our population is aging, which presents many challenges for the modern society. The share of older people is increasing year by year due to regulated health care, nutrition and a higher standard, which means that the proportion of people who become dependent on the environment is increasing even though they want to maintain autonomy and independence for as long as possible. The opportunity for older people to remain active even in the old age is the key to facing the challenges of aging.

Alumni Club Alma Mater is organising a workshop on the topic of Interdisciplinary approach to active and quality aging, which will take place in the premises of Alma Mater, Slovenska ulica 17, Maribor, on Thursday, 7 June 2018, at 1700 hrs.
