The 6th festive graduation ceremony for international students
The Koper campus of Alma Mater Europaea - ECM hosted the sixth solemn ceremony for foreign students, which took place on Friday last week.
In this generation, more than 50 Italian students successfully completed their physiotherapy studies. The diplomas were awarded by prof. dr. Ludvik Toplak, President of AMEU, and Salvatore Calvaruso, Head of Physiotherapy for Italian students in Koper. Senator Giovanni Bilardi was the keynote speaker, emphasizing the importance of education at the higher education level.
Graduates were also congratulated by the mayor of the Municipality of Izola, Mr. Gregor Perič, Mr. Walter Bandelj, President of the Council of Slovenian Organizations, dr. Renato Capurro, a renowned Italian physiotherapist, and the Alma Mater Faculty. The cultural program was provided by Tim Ribič and Špela Pokeržnik.
