Tuition entitles you to:

  • a cost of education;
  • information support - e-office for student affairs, e-index, SMS-notifications...;
  • e-study-materials;
  • processing subject transfer and expert practice requests during studies;
  • two exam dates per subject;
  • counseling at the Career center before and during studies;
  • mentorship and tutorship for students;
  • unlimited use of computers at the Center for independent learning and at »computer corners«;
  • use of virtual learning environments; 

Payment terms and benefits

Pay yourself

  • Rate installments – you can pay the tuition fees in 1, 2, 3, 5 or 9 rates. When you choose more than 1 rate each rate carries additional 20€ of administrative expenses. In the case of 9 rate tuition payment, the first rate totals a fifth (1/5) of the full tuition, the remaining four-fifths (4/5) are divided into the remaining (8) rates.

Companies

  • In case a company bears the student's tuition expenses the student fills out a FORM based on which the faculty issues a receipt to the company.
  • The company settles the tuition upon enrollment.
  • Rate installments are, of course, an option

Graduation process

If a student graduates at the time of enrollment in the third year, there are no additional costs for graduation.

If the student only confirm the disposition in the third year and fails to defend the final thesis and graduate, he pays the cost of the thesis according to the price list of the Alma Mater. This cost applies to him until the date of validity of the thesis. If he does not manage to graduate during this time, he must repeat the process of confirmitation for the thesis and thereby settle the cost of graduation again according to the price list of the Alma Mater.

If a student enrolls in a absolvent stage, the payment of the thesis is included in the tuition fee for the absolvent stage. If the student fails to graduate during the absolvent stage, he must pay the graduation fee again, even if he has a confirmed disposition.

If the student does not have status at the time of graduation, he must pay the cost of the thesis according to the price list of the Alma Mater. The graduation fee is valid until the date of validity of the thesis. If he does not manage to graduate during this time, he must repeat the process of applying for the thesis and thereby settle the cost of graduation again according to the price list of the Alma Mater.

The cost of the graduation is settled when the disposition of the thesis is submitted.

Master's degree process

If a student completes a master's degree during the second year of enrollment, there are no additional costs for the master's degree.

If the student only registers the disposition in the second year and fails to defend the final thesis, he pays the cost of the master's thesis according to the price list of the Alma Mater. This cost applies to him until the date of validity of the master's thesis. If he does not manage to complete his master's degree during this time, he must repeat the application process for his master's thesis and thereby also settle the cost of the master's degree again according to the price list of Alma Mater.

If the student enrolls in a absolvent stage, the payment of the master's thesis is included in the tuition fee for the absolvent stage. If the student fails to obtain a master's degree during the absolvent stage, he must pay the cost of the master's degree again, even if he has a confirmed disposition.
