The manual with a conceptual basis and methodology for studying active learning and the development of global competencies for the 21st century in higher education has been published.
“If we want to raise the quality of the education system, we have to start with the teachers. With the project Design for increased competence through active participation in higher education (DECAP-HE), we want to improve the quality and efficiency of teaching in learning and empower individuals and institutions in higher and higher education while at the same time supporting the development of global competencies for the 21st century,” points out Polonca Pangrčič, project manager.
The manual includes modern didactic principles, approaches, strategies, methods, and forms of teaching and provides opportunities to support student learning. It is intended for university and post-secondary teachers who want to upgrade and fulfill their pedagogical and didactic training and competence.
