ALMA MATER AT THE CONFERENCE ABOUT THE FUTURE OF EDUCATION IN PORTO

Alma Mater Europaea – ECM is participating in an international conference on innovation in education in Porto, Portugal, as part of the Hybrid Lab Network project.

The Hybrid Lab Network is formed by four renowned European institutions: IBMC (Portugal), STICHTING WAAG SOCIETY (Netherlands), ALMA MATER EUROPAEA (Slovenia), and AALTO UNIVERSITY (Finland). The project promotes innovation and good practices for Higher Education, bridging areas of Art, Science, Technology, and Humanities, and fostering knowledge sharing and training. The discussions aim to devise practical measures regarding what higher education should be in the future: innovation, autonomy, curriculum flexibility, and collaborative and sustainable approaches.

The project's domain-specific priorities are to promote and reward excellence in teaching and skills development and to address skills gaps and mismatches.
