Alma Mater Europaea University has launched the first segment of its Program for managing a social welfare institution - Director's School, designed for new directors and leaders of social welfare institutions.
The program will cover key areas such as institutional leadership, staff development, and the management and design of new solutions in line with societal changes. Professor Dr. Barbara Toplak Perovič explains: "The education will encompass crucial aspects such as leading an institution, staff development, and creating and managing new solutions in response to societal changes."
Highly qualified faculty lectures of Alma MAter Europaea University and other experts from practice will share their extensive experience in management, social sciences, healthcare, IT, and other important disciplines essential for the successful operation of social welfare institutions.
Participants will gain new knowledge, skills, and abilities to apply directly to their work. The program will take place monthly in two-day or three-day modules, allowing for in-depth and continuous learning.
