The traditional Ayurveda Day at Alma Mater offered visitors an in-depth insight into how this ancient practice can be integrated into daily life, regardless of age or lifestyle.
Experts at the event presented many Ayurvedic techniques and therapeutic approaches to maintain and restore inner balance—an essential component of holistic health. Participants also had the opportunity to benefit from free Ayurvedic consultations, provided by Alma Mater students under the professional supervision of their mentors.
Ayurveda, based on traditional Indian medicine, is recognized and practiced worldwide today as a comprehensive approach to health and well-being. Alma Mater Europaea has promoted Ayurvedic knowledge for many years, offering high-quality education tailored to modern needs.
Dr. Gordana Marković, MD, emphasized:

Mag. Tomaž Klojčnik added:
“By incorporating Ayurvedic principles into everyday life, we can achieve inner balance, which leads to improved quality of life and disease prevention—this is also the foundation of our educational program.”
