Amid the current complex world and rapidly changing dynamics, the management field of individual organizations is narrowing. Within management academia, great emphasis is placed on charismatic leaders who skillfully deal with the direction of change and create a motivational environment that leads to effective collaboration with colleagues and continuous learning.

The participants acquired the necessary new knowledge, skills, and abilities, which they will now be able to integrate into a comprehensive understanding of the discussed topics and use in practice in the management of social welfare institutions.

The contents of the training are divided into the institution's management, personnel development and management, and the creation of new solutions from the point of view of social changes, and they were based on the guidelines of the Social Chamber of Slovenia. Prominent experts participated in the implementation of the educational program, who shared with the participants the practical experience of managing social welfare institutions and who are familiar with the problems of institutions or have other knowledge and experience relevant to the operation of social welfare institutions and the well-being of the users of the institutions.
