The purpose of the Alma Mater Europaea's European Business Studies master’s program is to educate and prepare students to be innovative managers and leaders who will lead businesses and create new policies in Europe.
The Alma Mater Europaea European Business Studies master's program teaches students to do business in Europe effectively and equip them with comprehensive knowledge and an in-depth understanding of the commercial, political, legal and sociocultural framework in both a European and an international context.

Professor Dr. Reinhard Wagner is a distinguished expert in project management with nearly 40 years of experience across various sectors, including automotive, engineering, and consultancy. He currently holds the position of Assistant Professor and Deputy Head of the Doctoral-Study Program in Project Management at Alma Mater Europaea, where he conducts research and teaching focused on the evolving dynamics of project society.
Professional Background:
Throughout his extensive career, Reinhard Wagner has assumed significant leadership roles in project management organizations. He has served as President of the International Project Management Association (IPMA) and as Chairman of the Board of the German Project Management Association (GPM). In these capacities, he has played a crucial role in advancing international standards, contributing notably to the ISO 21500 series and several IPMA Global Standards, thereby reinforcing the professionalism and efficacy of project management worldwide.

At Alma Mater Europaea, Reinhard Wagner is committed to advancing research in project society, addressing issues such as the projectification of society and the role of projects in driving organizational transformation. His extensive publication record includes 41 authored books and numerous scholarly articles on project, program, and portfolio management.
