“The application may be submitted by the student himself or by the educational institution at which the student completed his studies. By submitting the application, the students will compete for the title HR Talent 2020 and the possibility of free participation in the Slovenian HR Congress 2020 (www.skkongres.si) and one-year subscription to the journal HR&M (www.hrm-revija.si). Calls for proposals are open until 13 March 2020.

We will invite three HR Talent 2020 nominees to the Slovenian HR Congress 2020 and announce the recipient of the award at the Congress. When the nominees are announced, we will publicly announce the name of your organization where the nominees have successfully defended their thesis and obtained a professional or scientific title, including the name of the mentor. HR Talent is a recognition given by the Slovenian Human Resources Association and Planet GV for the best scientific and research work in the field of human resources management. It is received by those who either, examine the career or strategic roles of HR, elements that affect the performance of a HR function, measure the added value of HR function, or. study and develop modern approaches, " says the invitation from HR&M.

Awards:

Three nominees receive an invitation to attend the Slovenian HR Congress 2020 free of charge and a one-year free subscription to HR&M.

The winner receives the HR Talent 2020 Award.
