Originally from Benin, Africa Dr. Mensah is now a citizen of Slovenia. Dr. Mensah speaks English, French, Russian, Slovenian, and Spanish. He has a BA, MA, and PhD in law from the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia where he specialized in international law. His doctoral dissertation was in the field of legal regulation of the exploitation of natural resources from West Africa. Dr. Mensah also has a keen interest in the further development of sustainable development in Europe with special interest in social inclusion, human rights and human capital and thus has been appointed Coordinator of Sustainability for the Erasmus Jean Monnet project in Europe. He is a member of many European projects, has authored a book on ecology, nature management and international law and published over 30 articles in scientific publications. Dr. Mensah is also a sought-after speaker at many international conferences.
