Prof. dr. Ludvik Toplak, president of Alma Mater Europaea – ECM visited Moscow at the end of June. The visit was organised upon invitation of prof. dr. Alexey Grigoryevich Zabelin, rector of the Moscow University for Finance and Law, (MUFA), and the director of the All Russian Archives, VNIIDAD, prof dr. Nikolai Kunjyajev.
The group discussed possible forms of academic cooperation with Alma Mater Europaea – ECM. During the working meeting it was established that the needs and the possibilities for cooperation exist at both sides. "Both parties also estimated that the Alma Mater and Moscow University study programs are complementary and therefore mutually interesting. Meeting with representatives of government institutions and other universities was also accompanied by great interest in study programs of Alma Mater in Slovenia and for joint development and research projects, joint multilingual scientific publications and summer schools. Special interest was expressed for the study of archival sciences and records management. The discussions will continue" says prof. dr. Ludvik Toplak, President of Alma Mater Europaea - ECM.
