Academic and Professional Background:
Dr. Braun earned his doctorate from Freie Universität Berlin, where his dissertation received the prestigious German Project Management Study Prize. Following his doctoral studies, he served as a post-doctoral researcher at Technische Universität Kaiserslautern and later as a junior professor of project management at Freie Universität Berlin. He was a professor of organization and management at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences. In 2019, Dr. Braun completed his habilitation on "Building Inter-Firm Networks Within and Across Projects," a work that garnered the Global Research Award from the International Project Management Association.
