We improve the quality of teaching and learning
We finished with the pedagogical and didactic training of the academic staff of universities and higher education institutions.
"At Alma Mater, we are aware of the importance of improving knowledge, skills, and competencies for teaching and the paradigmatic shift from teaching to learning and the new role of a teacher," said the president of Alma Mater Europaea – ECM Dr Ludvik Toplak.
The pedagogic-didactic program Introduction to Teaching and Learning in Higher Education was part of the Designing for increased competence through active participation in higher education/DECAP-HE project. The program's main purpose is to improve the knowledge, skills, and competencies for teaching all participants, ensuring more significant support for students in various educational environments and contexts.
