
The Department of Archival Studies at Alma Mater Europaea University cordially invites you to a professional meeting titled “Archiving Classical and Digital Documents: From Theory to Practice,” which will take place on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at 11:00 AM, at Dunajska cesta 158 in Ljubljana.
The event will highlight best practices in managing and organizing archival and documentary materials. Presentations will be delivered by Tanja Ribnikar and Iva Katarina Rimele, graduates of Archives and Records Management, who currently manage both classical and digital records at the Ministry of the Environment, Climate and Energy with notable success.
Special emphasis will be placed on how theoretical knowledge, acquired during their academic training, is being effectively implemented in the daily processes of document management within a public administration context.
