During the inaugural meeting of the Student Council at Alma Mater Europaea for the current academic year, Lana Ritlop and Bora Moškon were nominated as advocates for student rights.
The role of the student rights advocate at Alma Mater entails providing comprehensive and informal support to students concerning study obligations and the execution of the educational process. They handle and resolve student issues, complaints, and disputes and facilitate interactions between students, faculty members, colleagues, and authorities.
Two candidates hailing from different locations (Maribor and Ljubljana) were proposed to distribute responsibilities for this position. This approach aims to enhance accessibility for students and foster familiarity with professors.
