In her final assignment, Alma Mater nursing student Dragana Toroman dealt with the importance of physical activity for human health.
Physical activity is the most appropriate way to treat chronic diseases or prevent their occurrence. Namely, a modern man mostly sits, which is why problems with increased body weight appear globally. "Physical activity can reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and certain types of cancer, and activity is also crucial in maintaining the body's slimness and vitality while also paying attention to a healthy diet," the graduate points out. Dragana adds that physical activity must be tailored to the abilities and wishes of the individual because only in such a case is it a therapeutic measure.
