On today's International Human Rights Day, December 10, 2024, the ISH Faculty of Alma Mater Europaea University officially joined the Diversity Charter Slovenia 2024 initiative by signing the charter at a ceremonial event.
This is one of the most significant voluntary European initiatives promoting the active development and implementation of diversity policies.
With this critical step, Alma Mater Europaea University commits to further enhancing its support for diversity, inclusion, and non-discrimination in educational, cultural, and employment environments. It emphasizes respecting and valuing differences in gender, age, ethnicity, religion, disability, and sexual orientation.
The university recognizes the exceptional benefits that diversity practices bring to creativity, innovation, and scientific excellence. Inclusive practices are at the heart of its mission, reflecting the belief that diversity and equality drive progress and create a fairer and more prosperous society.
