Application process for Erasmus+ mobility

You are kindly invited to apply for Erasmus+ mobility.

Application procedure:

  1. Check the deadlines and conditions for application, along with other information in the Application call.

  2. Select the mobility type:

    • study exchange: choose one of the partner universities and check the exchange conditions on their website.

    • traineeship abroad: select the country and company/center/institute where you want to do conduct the internship.

  3. The application for the academic year 2023/2024 is possible until available places are filled.
    The Application deadline for the academic year 2024/2025 is 01.03.2025. 
  4. 4) Submit the application form here.

  5. The committee evaluates applications and informs the candidates about the selection.

  6. The committee can subsequently check knowledge of a foreign language.

  7. The international office contacts the responsible coordinator at the selected host university/company and requests for the official admission of the student.

  8. Preparation of documents and planning.

FOR STUDY

The student suggests the study program as well as the host university on own initiative, prepares a course comparison which is approved by the head of study programme at Alma Mater before the mobility. During the exchange, the student is bound complete a minimum of 20 ECTS or a maximum of 30 ECTS in one semester.

FOR PRACTICE

The student finds the proper institution/ company for traineeship (or with the assistance of the International office) and obtains the acceptance letter.
