APPLICATION DEADLINES
The results of the selection process will be announced no later than July 18, 2025. You will receive the decision regarding the selection process results in the eVŠ system. If you are admitted to your desired study program, you will also receive an invitation to enroll via email.
Enrollment for accepted candidates in the first round will take place from July 21 to no later than August 3, 2025.
Enrollment will be conducted entirely online.
You can complete the electronic enrollment through the Higher Education Information System (VIS) using your username and password, which you will receive in the enrollment invitation email.
Second application period will be open for those programs where there will still be available spots after the first application period.

The third application period will be open for those programs where there are still available spots after the second application period.

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
Applicants must attach the appropriate certificates proving that they meet the admission requirements when submitting their eVŠ application.
As proof of meeting the admission requirements in the application and selection process, scanned documents or photos of original certificates or other required documents are considered valid. Candidates do not need to send anything by regular or registered mail — all required supporting documents must be submitted electronically via the eVŠ portal. If a candidate fails to submit the required documents, they will be notified via the eVŠ portal or the email address provided in their application, along with a deadline for submission.
Citizens of non-EU countries, Slovenians without Slovenian citizenship, as well as citizens of the Republic of Slovenia, EU member states, and other foreign countries who completed their previous education abroad must, if they have not already done so, attach a decision on the recognition of their prior education to their application. If they do not have this decision, the recognition process will be carried out by the higher education institution. Candidates initiate this process through their eVŠ application. - Certified copy of a diploma from a higher education or university (Bachelor's) program
- Original transcript of completed exams
- Approved course syllabi

Candidates who need to submit additional documents must upload them electronically via the eVŠ portal.

The entire enrollment process will be conducted electronically.
Electronic enrollment is completed through the Higher Education Information System (VIS) using the username and password you will receive in your enrollment invitation via email.
ENROLLMENT
To complete the enrollment process, you will need:
- A completed electronic registration form, which must be printed and signed (available in the VIS system).
- Two signed copies of the contract on mutual rights and obligations for studying at Alma Mater (both copies are automatically generated along with the registration form).
- Proof of tuition payment (either the full amount or the first installment, as specified in Article 5 of the contract).
- Proof of registration fee payment (€100).
- A recent photograph (3.5 x 4.5 cm, similar to an ID photo), which must be scanned, saved on your computer, and uploaded to VIS.
- Any missing documents listed in your application for enrollment.
Payment Information
Invoices for tuition and the registration fee will be sent to the email address provided in your registration form within one business day after completing the electronic enrollment form.
When filling out the UPN payment order, enter SI00 and your enrollment number (found on the enrollment form) as the reference number. The first tuition installment and the registration fee can be paid together by summing the amounts.
If the tuition fee will be paid by a company, you must attach the payer’s declaration, which can be found HERE.
IMPORTANT: Alma Mater does not accept cash payments. All payments must be made via bank transfer.
TUITION PAYMENT IN INSTALLMENTS
- Single payment: The full tuition amount is due at the time of enrollment.
- Two installments: The first installment is due at enrollment, and the second installment is due on February 10.
- Five installments:
- 1st installment: at enrollment
- 2nd installment: November 10
- 3rd installment: January 10
- 4th installment: March 10
- 5th installment: May 10
- Eight installments:
- 1st installment: at enrollment
