Physiotherapy department hosted two professional athletes with disabilities, Darko Đurić and Nino Batagelj

Students who selected the elective course Sports activities of people with disabilities hosted two professional athletes with disabilities during their Saturday classes under the mentorship of their lecturer Tine Kovačič. Two athletes, who visited them, were Paralympic athlete Darko Đurić, who is also the World and European champion in swimming, and Nino Batagelj, who obtained great results at the most recent European Championship in dancing.

Candidates for MEPs were challenged by Alma Mater students

The Alma Mater Student Council, ŠOAM and Alma Mater Europaea - ECM hosted a roundtable on the topic "Slovenes and Europe in light of education, science and employment policy" before the European elections on May 26, 2019. Participants at his round table list were candidates for MEP from most parliamentary parties. The event was moderated and directed by dr. Rosvita Pesek with interesting questions. Autism programme will start this Fall

Autism is the fastest growing developmental disorder with a significant impact on the life of the individual and the whole family. People with autism need experts, experts need knowledge! NAKVIS, the Slovene Accreditation Agency has given a green light to the Alma Mater Europaea - ECM Master's program Health Sciences – special field Autism, that is to start in the new academic year.
