Kristina Kerbler and Matjaž Lobnik, master students of physiotherapy Alma Mater, performed testing of elderly people who have recovered from Covid-19 at the Danica Vogrinec Nursing home in Maribor. This took place under the watchful eyes of their mentors Mladen Herc, M.Sc. assistant prof. dr. Tine Kovačič.

The first meeting of new student tutors in the new academic year 2020/2021took place via video conference. This year, there are as many as 33 of them in all study fields, which is the highest number so far. Among all the candidates, Nikita Polner, a third-year student of Physiotherapy program, was elected president.

On October 16, the Yale Law School organized a roundtable about democracy in Eastern Europe. Sarah Genty, a Yale J.S.D. candidate, moderated the virtual event titled "Autocratic Legalism in Europe". Kim Lane Scheppele, professor at Princeton University, presented her research on deteriorating democracy in Hungary and Poland. Other presenters included the Ombudsman of Poland Dr. Adam Bodnar, and Paul Kahn, professor of constitutional law at Yale.
