APPLICATION DEADLINES AND REGISTRATION

Candidates for admission to undergraduate study programs carried out in the form of part-time studies, can apply for the call within three deadlines. Application and enrollment deadlines apply to all three institutes: AMEU-European Center, Maribor, AMEU-Academy of Dance, and AMEU-Faculty of Humanities - Institutum Studiorum Humanitatis.

APPLICATION DEADLINES

Apply

The results of the selection process will be announced no later than July 21, 2024. You will receive the decision regarding the selection process results in the eVŠ system. If you are admitted to your desired study program, you will also receive an invitation to enroll via email.

Enrollment for accepted candidates in the first round will take place from July 22 to no later than August 4, 2024.

Enrollment will be conducted entirely online.

You can complete the electronic enrollment through the Higher Education Information System (VIS) using your username and password, which you will receive in the enrollment invitation email.

Second application period will be open for those programs where there will still be available spots after the first application period.

The results of the selection process will be known no later than September 18, 2024. You will receive the decision regarding the results of the selection process in the eVŠ system. If you are accepted into the desired study program, you will also receive an invitation to enroll via email.

Enrollment of accepted candidates in the second period will take place from September 20 to no later than September 30, 2024.

Enrollment will be conducted entirely online.

The online enrollment is done through the Higher Education Information System (VIS) with your username and password, which you will receive in the enrollment invitation sent to your email.

The third application period will be open for those programs where there are still available spots after the second application period.

The selection process will be completed by September 30, 2024. The decision on the results of the selection process will be sent to you via eVŠ. If you are accepted into the desired study program, we will send you an invitation to enroll by email.

Enrollment for accepted candidates in the third round will take place from September 30, 2024, to October 3, 2024.

The enrollment process will be conducted entirely electronically.

You can complete the electronic enrollment through the Higher Education Information System (VIS) using your username and password, which you will receive in the invitation to enroll sent to your email. 

 

EVIDENCE

Appropriate educational documents must accompany the eVŠ application.

Scanned documents, photographs of original certificates, or other required documents are considered proof of fulfilling the enrollment conditions in the application and admission process. Candidates do not send anything by regular or registered mail, all documents required for application are attached electronically via the eVŠ portal. Instructions for submitting proof of enrollment requirements are published at https://portal.evs.gov.si/navodila-za-oddajo.

If the applicant does not attach relevant education documents, he will be reminded to do so via e-mail.

Citizens of countries that are not members of the European Union, Slovenians without Slovenian citizenship and citizens of the Republic of Slovenia, member states of the European Union, and other foreign countries who have completed their previous education abroad must attach a decision on the recognition of previously acquired education to the application. The higher education institution carries out the recognition process. Candidates start the process with the eVŠ application. PROOFS FOR ENROLLMENT IN THE HIGHER YEAR

- a certified copy of the diploma of completed bachelor’s degree,

- original transcript of grades,

- approved curricula,

- application for recognition of study obligations (https://en.almamater.si/-s63?t=1)

Candidates who must send additional documents to the application attach them electronically via the Evš portal. Contact address for more information regarding attachments:

The enrollment will take place entirely electronically.

Enroll electronically via the Higher Education Information System (VIS) with your username and password, which is received on the invitation to enroll to your e-mail.


ENROLLMENT

To enroll, you will be required to submit:

• completed electronic registration form, printed and signed (VIS system),

• two signed copies of the contract on mutual rights and obligations when studying at Alma Mater (both copies of the contract are printed automatically with the enrollment form),

• certificate of the tuition fee payment (full or 1st installment, as stated in Article 5 of the contract)

• certificate of payment of the registration fee (100.00 EUR),

• a recent photo size 3.5 x 4.5 cm (as for an identity document), which must be scanned, saved on the computer, and then uploaded to the VIS,

• any other documents that were listed in the enrollment application.

Payment information: You will receive the invoice(s) for the tuition and registration fee to the email address you provided on the registration form within one working day of the electronically completed registration form. When filling out the UPN payment order, please quote SI00 and the registration number, which you can find on the registration form. You can pay the first installment of the tuition and enrollment fees via the same payment order by adding the amounts. If the tuition fee payer is a company, you must attach the payer's statement when registering, which can be found on the Alma Mater website (LINK).

ATTENTION: No cash transactions are accepted at Alma Mater, all transfers are made through a transaction account.

PAYMENT OF TUITION FEES IN INSTALLMENTS

• In case of payment in one installment, the tuition fee is due upon enrolment.

• If payment is made in two installments, the first installment of tuition fees is due upon enrolment, and the second installment is due on February 10.

• In the case of payment in five installments, the first installment is due upon enrollment, the second installment is due on November 10, the third is on January 10, the fourth is on March 10, and the fifth installment is due on 10.5.

• In the case of payment of tuition in eight installments, the first installment is due upon enrolment, the second on November 10, the third on December 10, the fourth on January 10, the fifth on February 10, the sixth on March 10, the seventh on April 10 and the eighth installment of fees on May 10.
